Orders FAQ
Add your discount code on the cart page during checkout.
A section called “Discount code or gift card” appears under your products.
👉Make sure to respect capital letters and avoid spaces.
This may be due to an out-of-stock product or an ongoing update.
👉 If the issue persists, contact us.
Once your order and payment have been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can also find a summary of your order in the “My Orders” section of your customer account.
👉 Remember to check your spam or Promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it and your email address is correct, please contact us at bonjour@sipres.be
Before payment, you can modify or cancel your order directly from the “Cart” page. Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
👉 However, you still have the option to return all or part of your order. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Make sure that :
The code has been entered correctly
No spaces or asterisks were added
The capitalization has been respected

All parcels are prepared with the greatest care, using:
recycled or reused cardboard boxes
paper or cardboard padding or fillers
kraft tape
👉 No plastic is used.
You can reuse the packing materials or compost them as brown waste.
Your order reference is available in your customer account history.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email from the carrier containing your tracking number.
👉 Please add bonjour@sipres.be to your contacts so you don’t miss any messages.
Although it is very rare, despite the care taken with packaging, an incident may still occur.
Parcel visibly damaged upon delivery (leak, breakage):
👉 Refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at bonjour@sipres.be.
Damaged product noticed after receipt:
👉 Take photos of the packaging (including the shipping label) and the damaged items, then contact us within 24 hours.
We will quickly offer you a solution (replacement or refund).
Despite all our care, mistakes can happen.
👉 Please contact us at bonjour@sipres.be specifying the missing item(s).
We will issue a refund or send the missing item(s) as soon as possible.
Payments FAQ
We accept payments by credit card:

Credit card payments on the website are fully secure and processed via the Stripe payment platform, known for its reliability and high level of security.
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is confirmed, once it has been accepted.

Return policy FAQ
For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused Siprès natural cosmetic products may be returned. Products must be in their original packaging.
You have a legal period of 14 days after receiving your order to inform us of your wish to return it, by email at bonjour@sipres.be.
Once your request has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to the following address:

The return parcel must include a completed withdrawal form; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.

Yes.
Return shipping costs for Siprès Belgian natural cosmetics are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are made under your responsibility: Siprès cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the parcel during transit.
Yes.
If all or part of your order does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products.
Refunds apply only to:
products returned in perfect condition
unopened, unused
in their original packaging
including any gifts included in the order
👉 Damaged, incomplete, or products not received by Siprès cannot be refunded.
The refund covers the amount of the returned products,
👉 excluding the original delivery charges.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date Siprès receives your returned parcel.
The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

It is the solution we recommend to reduce the environmental impact of your orders.
The indicated delivery times correspond to those provided by the carriers.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Siprès cannot be held responsible for any delays related to transportation.

You can pick up your order for free at the Siprès workshop in Nivelles:

🕒 Weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
👉 You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup point delivery is free for orders over €55 for:
Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
In Belgium, home delivery is free for orders over €200.
Mondial Relay : 8 days
Bpost : 15 days
After this period, the parcel is returned to us and can be reshipped at your expense.
Yes.
You can have your Siprès natural cosmetics delivered to your workplace, on holiday, or to a relative’s home.
